We are all creative beings.

Life is a beautiful story of creation and imagination.

Some of us already explore the liberating lands of our creativity, others are like a seed, who have, at their deepest core, a hiden world of limitless imagination who craves to be watered a little to come to life.

Theater and rôle play can help us taste our potential of creativity while having fun.
 

We are all actors and actresses who have the main rôle in our life. We change costumes depending on where we go and improvise daily to adapt to the circumstances of the present moment.

During the theater workshops, we will first enjoy and if there is time left, work. The goal of the classes is to let go for a while of our incessant mental activity to access the limitless tank of our imagination, to express emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, exitation, laziness...By going through the whole range of human emotion in a space where there is trust we will feel lighter in our everyday life.

Using group exercices, with 2 people or individually we will relearn to be children without judgement and worries.

We will leave our known reality to experiment another reality, connected to who we are at the deepest level.
